- Product Information
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, measurements, and photographs of all tonewood pieces. However:
Wood is a natural material — variations in color, grain, figure, and weight are normal and not considered defects.
Sizes are approximate and may vary slightly due to measurement methods or wood movement.
Availability and pricing may change at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors or stock issues.
- Prices and Payments
All prices displayed on our website are stated in Euro (€) and are exclusive of VAT (ex VAT).
VAT, where applicable, will be calculated and added at checkout according to Polish and EU tax regulations.
For EU business customers providing a valid VAT number, intra-community supply rules may apply (0% VAT).
All orders must be paid in full before shipment.
Payment methods include credit/debit card, bank transfer, and online payment systems available at checkout.
All transactions are processed in accordance with applicable tax laws and payment provider terms.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all order details are accurate.
- Shipping and Delivery
We ship from Poland to all EU countries and selected international destinations.
Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed during checkout.
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
We are not liable for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
Risk passes to the buyer once the goods are delivered to the carrier.
- Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)
Consumers within the EU have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, contact us at info@stradiva.pl with your order number.
Returned items must be:
Unused and in their original condition, and
Returned within 14 days of withdrawal notice.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods, using the same payment method used for purchase.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been custom cut, altered, or clearly personalized.
- Complaints and Warranty
If a product is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us at info@stradiva.pl with photos and a description.
We will review your claim and, if justified, offer repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Polish and EU consumer protection laws.
Our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the purchase price of that order.
